Terms of use.

1. Purpose of use

Minik Adımlar is for adult parents and authorised caregivers to record and track the care and development of their babies. Enter only information you are authorised to record and share, and check the accuracy of the information you enter.

2. Medical limits

The app does not make diagnoses, does not recommend treatment or medication doses, and is not connected to hospital monitors. Corrected age, percentile charts, developmental milestones, the screening schedule, questions and reminders are for tracking purposes only; they do not replace the assessment of your healthcare team. Screening and vaccination schedules are based on general information; consult your doctor for a plan specific to your baby.

Determine milk storage and expiry periods according to the instructions of your healthcare team; a reminder does not confirm that the milk is usable. In an emergency, call 112.

3. Family sharing and user responsibility

The health and care records, photos and documents of the baby you choose to share are opened to invitees through CloudKit. People given edit permission can change and delete records. Invite people you trust and who are authorised; check permissions regularly. A usable iCloud account is required for sharing. This feature is different from Family Sharing for App Store purchases.

You can turn off sharing or leave a share; files received earlier cannot be recalled. Details are in the privacy policy.

4. Syncing, backup and reminders

Syncing depends on the network connection, the iCloud account, storage space and permissions; instant updates are not guaranteed while the app is closed. If the same record changes on two devices, you may need to choose a version. Before giving medication, check the time of the last sync and the doses given; do not use shared records and notifications as the sole check for critical care.

Taking your backups regularly and keeping them safe is your responsibility. Automatic backup works while iCloud Drive is on and there is enough space. Notifications, widgets, Live Activity and Siri shortcuts depend on iOS settings and the device state; they may be delayed or may not appear.

5. Free plan, Premium and subscriptions

The app is free to download. Basic records are available on the free plan; the number of medications, reminders and memories per baby is limited. Additional tools such as percentile charts, a personal screening schedule, PDF reports, starting family sharing, unlimited records, Premium memory cards, milk stash analytics and automatic iCloud backup are part of Premium. The scope may change over time; the current list is shown on the Premium screen in the app.

The person who starts family sharing must be Premium; invitees can join for free. If the owner’s membership ends, normal syncing and new invitations pause; local records are kept. Premium analytics and PDF creation depend on each person’s own membership.

The price, period and any free trial conditions are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and payment is charged to your Apple account. You can manage and cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Your records are not deleted when the subscription ends. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s terms and consumer legislation.

6. Licence, liability and contact

Use of the app is covered by the EULA. The fact that the CloudKit and iCloud infrastructure is provided by Apple does not remove the legal obligations of the Minik Adımlar service provider. These terms do not remove your consumer rights or any liability that cannot be limited by law. The rights to the design, text and illustrations in the app belong to their rights holders.
