1. Applicable agreement
The Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement (Standard EULA) applies to Minik Adımlar. The app is licensed to you; ownership is not transferred. This page is a brief summary and does not replace the binding licence text.
2. Right of use
The licence is for use on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Usage Rules. Family Sharing and the other rights of use permitted by Apple are reserved. Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, redistribute, sublicense or reverse engineer the app.
3. Support and other services
For app support you can write to minikadimlar@appidiso.com. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance and support for the app. Family sharing and backup use the Apple iCloud infrastructure; the iCloud terms apply separately. App Store payments and subscriptions are subject to Apple’s terms. Your statutory consumer and warranty rights are reserved.
4. Data and limits of use
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy; sharing permissions, syncing limits, subscriptions and medical limits are described in the terms of use. Minik Adımlar is a recording and tracking tool; it does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
